Why is your hourly rate higher than the $120/hr guys?
Because premium speed creates a cheaper final bill. A 2-man "budget" crew at $120/hr often takes 8 hours ($960 + surcharges) for a job our 3-man "elite" crew finishes in 5 hours ($925 flat). You pay for the result, not the slow-motion effort.
Do you charge extra for stairs, heavy items, or fuel?
No. Unlike most movers who add these on top, we bake everything into your quoted hourly rate or a single transparent heavy-item fee upfront. Our philosophy is simple: The price we agree on is the price you pay.
Can I trust the time estimate?
Yes. We don't guess. We use detailed inventory lists or video walkthroughs to calculate the volume precisely. This allows us to "right-size" the truck and crew so we finish within the estimated window 95% of the time.
What if the move is faster than quoted?
You only pay for the time we work (plus the standard call-out). If we quote 6 hours but finish in 5, you save money. We are incentivized to be efficient, not to drag it out.
Is insurance included?
We carry full public liability and carrier's liability insurance. For complete "all risks" coverage (scratch/dent protection for all items), we can arrange affordable transit insurance through our partner AON, providing total peace of mind.
How does payment work?
We accept Eftpos, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer upon completion of the job. No deposit is required to book—just a firm handshake agreement (digital, of course).
