Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a minimum charge of 1 hour + call-out fee.

2. Booking Times

• All booking times are estimates only.
• Delays may occur due to traffic, earlier bookings, weather, or property access issues.
• We will notify you promptly if your estimated start time is delayed.

3. Owner's Risk & Insurance

• All removals are strictly carried out at owner's risk.
• Under the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017, we are not liable for any loss or damage to your goods unless caused intentionally by us.
• If you would like transit insurance, please contact us. We've partnered with Aon Insurance to offer customers full cover options.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full upon job completion.
• We accept EFTPOS or credit card (note: 3% surcharge on credit card payments).
• All prices include GST.
• Unpaid invoices may be referred to debt collection, and associated costs will be passed on to the customer.

5. Oversized & Heavy Items

• Items such as pianos, spa pools, pool tables, and marble tables require a third mover due to health and safety regulations.
• Additional charges apply for these items.
• Please inform our team at the time of booking if you have any oversized or heavy items.
• Refer to our rates page for more details.

6. Property Access

Please notify us of any access issues at either location, such as:

• Narrow or steep driveways
• Low-hanging trees
• Clearways or parking restrictions

This ensures we send the correct truck size and team.

All quotes are estimates and may change if additional trucks or labour are required on the day.

7. Deposits

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• An invoice with payment details will be sent to you.
• This deposit must be paid at least 3 business days before your move date.

8. Packing Materials

• All packing material sales are final — no refunds are provided.
• Shipping fees apply.
• Orders are typically delivered within 3 business days.

9. Estimates & Pricing

• All quotes are estimates only and subject to change.
• Final charges may vary based on actual job duration, access, and requirements.
• Pricing may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any errors.

10. Currency

All prices listed on our website and in quotes are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
